Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of merchandise purchased from Stake Supply. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the procedures detailed below.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

All orders are subject to a processing period prior to shipment. This allows us to accurately fulfill and prepare your items for transit.

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Extended Processing: During periods of high sales volume, promotional events, or new product launches, processing times may be extended. We endeavor to communicate any significant delays promptly.

  • Modification/Cancellation: Requests for order modifications or cancellations must be submitted immediately to stakesupply@hellostake.com. We cannot guarantee the ability to alter an order once the fulfillment process has commenced.

Shipping Methods, Rates, and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and available services will be presented for your review during the checkout process.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and commence upon the actual date of shipment, not the order placement date.

Stake Supply utilises reputable carriers, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, Seko and Go People.

Domestic Shipping Terms (Within Australia)

Free standard shipping is available for all orders. This is automatically applied at the time of purchase.

International Shipping Terms 

We provide shipping services to New Zealand only.

The customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, VAT, and any other taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price.

International shipments may experience unavoidable delays due to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

Tracking and Shipment Confirmation

Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification containing your Tracking Number(s).

Customers can monitor the status of their delivery directly via the link provided in the confirmation email.

Address Accuracy and Reshipment

The customer bears the responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at the time of checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be required to remit payment for the new reshipment fee before the order can be dispatched a second time.

Loss in Transit

Stake Supply is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier but subsequently go missing (i.e. theft after delivery). If a package fails to arrive after a confirmed delivery status, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

For packages delayed or lost in transit before delivery confirmation, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier upon request after a reasonable time frame has passed.
