We don’t offer refunds, replacements or credit notes for change-of-mind requests. Please make sure you review all the item details and sizing before you complete your purchase.

We offer size exchanges for items where the fit is not quite right, provided the requested size is in stock.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused and in the same condition received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges are available only for the same item in a different size. Customers have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a size exchange.

Please reach out via our Contact Us page or email us at stakesupply@stake.com.au before sending back any item. Once an exchange request is approved, return shipping instructions and a shipping label will be provided. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, socks, underwear and all intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

We use reputable carriers, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, Seko and Go People. Please allow 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas, and up to 7 business days for remote locations, including Western Australia. Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse. 

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 4 business days of placing your order, please reach out via our Contact Us page or email us at stakesupply@stake.com.au

Express delivery: 1-2 business days to metropolitan areas, and 2-4 business days for regional areas.

Our warehouse team operates during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays. 

For New Zealand deliveries, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT and other import fees. These aren’t included in product or shipping costs. Customs procedures may also cause delays outside our control.

Once your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check if it went to your junk or spam folder.

Please note: we process orders regularly throughout the day, so if your order is already being prepared or has been handed over to the courier, we may not be able to make changes in time.
