Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, replacements or credit notes if you change your mind once you have made your purchase. Please make sure you review all the item details and sizing before you complete your purchase.

Exchange

We understand sizing can be difficult when shopping online. We offer exchanges for items where the size is incorrect. 

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for size, providing the requested size is available in stock.

To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • For the same item in a different size (no exchanges for different coluors, styles, or products).

For hygiene reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be exchanged for size. This includes all intimate apparel items, specifically socks and underwear.

We are not responsible for lost returns. 

How to Request a Size Exchange

To start a size exchange, please contact us at stakesupply@hellostake.com.

  1. Do not send the item back before contacting us.

  2. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping label and instructions.

  3. The customer is responsible for sending the original item back to us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Faulty Items

You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law if your item is faulty, unfit for purpose, doesn’t match its description or has major problems. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at stakesupply@hellostake.com if the item has any of these issues so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.
